Established in 1996, EPI Merchandising started to operate in mail-order of sport merchandising. From Formula 1 to football, in 2002 EPI extended its dimension by using internet technology, in order to create and manage virtual shops, with a 360 degrees management of the entire sales process: from purchase planning to stock and store management, from product personalization to marketing and delivery to the end consumer.
EPI aims to increase the value of the best sport brands through online and retail stores. Then, it aims to reach the widest customers/fans target in the world, by an efficient and integrated service. Customer engagement and continuous offer improvement are very important features in the full project.
From November 2020, EPI is participated by Industry 4.0 fund, managed by Quadrivio Group, the first private equity fund to invest in digital transition and technological innovation for Italian SMEs in the manufacturing and services sectors.
A new web platform has been released for powering store.figc.it in November 2021: an updated solution for a fully performing website to meet at best the users needs.
